Brussels, February 13, 2017 – ChemCom launch its new website with improved functionality, design and innovation. The new portal reflects the evolution and result of years in research and development. The Scientific Team shows its expertise in the field of sensory communication mediated by olfactory and taste receptors.
Smart biotech for odor management – ChemCom is the leading discovery company for products and services related to chemical communications mediated by human olfactory and taste receptors. ChemCom offers a unique, patented technological platform based on an exclusive worldwide license acquired from Duke University. Its offices are located in Brussels where it currently employs 13 people.
The findings have been gathered in a database that enables the Company to reproduce an artificial nose that expresses the whole repertoire of human Olfactory Receptors (hORs). The applications of ChemCom’s research allow for the development of new products and technologies for consumer needs in the area of flavors & fragrances, but also all industries that deal with odor or taste issues.
